I'm listening to modern playlists and half of these fucking songs are just dicking around for the first minute. Like - can you please fucking leave that shit on the cutting room floor and give us the part that is actually a song?

I don't think that the idea that weed has anything to do with ruining music is going to gain any traction.

In fairness to the millenials most of the great "hooks" have already been used up. Hell, AC DC ran out of good intros by 1981.
