Mateer is that kid in 8th grade that was fully developed @ 5’ 10” w/ facial hair. Then came HS and stayed the same while everyone physically matured. If he tries to run next week v. UW, they stomp a mud hole. D won’t stop Jonah and the whales

Yup. He isn't beating UW throwing. Our secondary is elite, no hyperbole.
Stop the run. Force Coleman and Davis down their throat (Davis is GOOD in the screen game). Run Mohammed when Coug is tiring.
UW is going to start fast next week. I think the slow starts are too much experimenting with the line and route concepts.

Yeah. That is what I posted elsewhere. But he will still likely go for a hundred on the ground. The first TD of the season will be scored against UW this week, likely in Q1. Sure hope I am wrong.
