Sorry man. I'm a product of the early 90s, and back in that day, it was terribly uncool to wear actual fan gear to a game. You showed up in your weathered brown bomber jacket over a mock turtle, loose-fitting levis with a hole in them somewhere, and timberland shoes. If you wore glasses, they were bigger than they needed to be.
