Joe was the #1 Democrat Corporate Whore for 30 years, and pushed hard for the Bankruptcy Reform Act, which, among other things made public and private student loans virtually non-dischargeable, after which online scam universities, like the one Trump licensed, propagate exponentially, trapping young people in debt for the rest of their lives. It also made every credit card debt subject to a "means test" which meant if you had a spare nickel, you had to pay it to a credit card company.
