Watched UW-Ucla "Husky Classic" this morning from 2000

That team would have plungered every team in the Pac-12 this year, with the possible exceptions of Stanford and Oregon. The athletes UW had back then make today's roster look childish.

I distinctly remember Anthony Vontoure nearly decapitating a UCLA wide receiver that night.

That team had a great mix of characters.

Looking at that team, it just amplifies the utter stupidity that took over the program for the rest of the decade.

Let's be honest that team wasn't plungering anyone.

They were a comeback team.

One of my favorite UW games, just pounded the rock, held the team and watched a soft UCLA team crumble.

Those ucla teams will be like Sark's USC teams. Full of talent but lacks heart and is soft.

I think the Pac-12 today is pretty fucking soft, so I stand by the plunger comment.

And yet Lambo got plungered by USAFA with those same players.

Dumbasses back then didn't believe in coaching stability so UW was stuck with a lousy rose bowl win two years later.

Lambo would have won the national championship with that team.

Or gone 7-5.

Obviously lose to Oregon, lose to Miami and Oregon State as well as Lambo besides 1994 Miami never defeated great teams.

I'd predict he would have lost to either at ASU or at Stanford as well to go 8-4 much like 1997.
