I'm actually really impressed with what DeBoer got out of Tualapapa from the portal this year. He's an HC whose evaluation I really trust.

They know pretty much exactly what they want the RB to do in this offense and can find the guys to do it.

Dillon is one of those guys, basically a more explosive Tualapapa.

Don't twist, he's not a Heisman back, but like 20% better than anything UW has at the moment.
