wtf? I remember getting stomped by the likes of Eastern when I was a student.. how did we win a trophy? Or is that for last place as a consolation prize?

wtf? I honestly didn't know we had a team. for that matter, I didn't know Oregon had a team. for that matter, I didn't know any school in the Pac 12 had a team.

not a huge hockey fan, but it's been my distinct impression that Seattle, even with the vagy change in culture spearheaded by the east side and mercer island euro trash loving transients, is a hockey town and would well support an NHL franchise.

It definitely would. If we're talking about the NHL though the Canucks would bellyache about Seattle getting a team.
