One (of the many) reason I like this verbal is that it gives the coaches the flexibility to experiment with both Taimani and MJ Ale on the D-line. Admittedly, I’m intrigued by Ale’s hand speed (boxing) and athleticism. A nice position to be in.

Fuck doogpound but that's a good basis to judge numbers by. Here's what changes:

-Bryant and Pulu got put on scholarship (puts total at 85 for 2017)
-13 seniors graduate
-John Turner couch sale
-KJCS transfer
-Ali Gaye coming off of greyshirt
-Vita 10000% gone for the NFL

So the base number we can take in is 15. You have us taking 24. I can see a couple more NFL entrants (Gaines and Gaskin) as well as some inevitable medical retirements (Mike Neal) but that's still a ridiculous amount of attrition needed
