They're actually kind of interesting, worth a watch if you have some time. It has a 2-3 minute video on each of the coaches, and most of our new coaches are on there. It's a mix of interviews and video of them on the field coaching. Jimmy Lake seems to come off really well; smart with a lot of energy. I could easily see him being a DC in the near future. The only thing is they all seem to be "nice guys." I didn't really see a coach with an edge, which may not be necessary, but I thought it was interesting.
