UW vs Oregon, who has the better position groups?

WR: Toss up
RB: Oregon
QB: Oregon*
OL: Toss up
DL: Washington
LB: Washington
DB: Oregon
ST: Toss up
Coaching: Washington**

* A huge, huge disparity.

**When was the last time we could say this? 1993?

Lambo - Brooks was the original doog legend death match. We lost.

OTOH, RN owned Bellotti.

Our front 7 makes this the first time we have a legit shot to beat them in about a decade. And with their OL troubles, this is the time...wish like hell this one was at home. I am feeling it. Need some ST goodness to happen and force a couple key turnovers and we are in business.

2-1 owned?

Or are you including Neuheisel's 2 wins over Oregon at CU as well?
Neu was 4-1 versus Bellotti by the time he left UW. When Neu was here everybody on both sides thought UW had the advantage on the sidelines. Ducks HATED Neu, and for good reason.

If you want to limit it to just UW, RN outscored Bellotti 92-57 head to head, and that's with two of those three games being at old Autzen.

RN owned Bellotti.

So now you're going to tell me that Peterman is already 2-0 against Oregon

Not at Warshington, he isn't

Sure. But if we're only taking his six game UW sample then we're not saying Peterman is better than Helfrich. But we don't have to limit ourselves to his UW sample. And because we don't, we're sure Peterman is better than Helfrich.

More important position group:

Not going to lie, Oregon's squad has seen better days.

Not quite the sweatpants blowout you'd expect from them against UW.
