I'm not Cohens biggest fan, but her hires (however much credit you're willing to give her) were good hires. I'll take an AD that somehow George Costanza's her way to success over 100 Woodward's.

Edit: Jimmy Lake / internal promotions to head coach is a sign of failure though; and I think you're right with the fact that we're lucky he got himself fired.
