UW Huskies AD Search: Pros, cons and candidates to consider

Everyone keeps talking about the UW AD financial issues, but they're full-speed ahead on a $60 million basketball facility for a program that will never be relevant? I don't get it.
UW should be rebranded as the University of Washington Huskies Minor League Football School (and rowing, women's softball, and women's volleyball or some shit) to comply with Title IX and placate @YellowSnow.
