Utah Football Falls In 2023 Rose Bowl Game To Penn State

We can thank the Big 12 for shitting the bowl season bed to keep the Pac-12 out of the basement with our wondering 3-4 showing.
 
I thought the scrappy Utes might actually rep the PAC this time. Instead they were exposed again. They can catch a good conference team on the right day and ruin a season, and they're good at holding serve vs the lower tier. They can't field a championship team there though and they've very rarely been a matchup problem for UW since they joined.

I can't promise I won't be fooled again, but I doubt it will happen.
