USC's Steve Sarkisian and OSU's Mike Riley go toe to toe

This fucker is making less and less sense with each passing day.

Steve Sarkisian on USC's loss to Boston College:

"That's not going to be the first or last time that we don't play great football. It's going to occur. But what do I need to do as a coach to allow us to play better, to have a better remedy for the football team?"

I did like this: "you don't listen to me and everybody else doesn't listen to me" That's about right, Steve.

Above average roster and a below average coach vs. a below average roster and an above average coach.

Should be interesting

I appreciate the general feelings that HH's want the Beavs to win this game because Seven; it's not going to happen and here's why:

- Mannion has not and cannot win a big game.

- The game has progressed beyond Riley's capabilities. The downward trend is real and Riley can't compete at the top level of the Pac-12 with 2 star recruits and a pro-style offense. Forget "4 loss Riley" he's now "5+ loss Riley." But 2012? But still.

- Depth has always been an issue at OSEwe ("lol"). The losses of Bolden and Semualo are huge for this game.

- ?????????

- Profit. (take the trojans and lay the points)

And we saw it a year ago with Washington coming to the Coliseum and beating USC

Jesus ... now he is delusional and trying to rewrite history.

This, but to put it simply. USC's defensive line is going to gang rape OSU's O-line, making the OSU run game nonexistent. This will cripple play-action which Mannion is dependent on. I credit Boston College's big running performance to the typical big win road hangover Sark has every single season.

I credit BC's big running performance with Sark's proven inability to make adjustments.

Sark is not a game day coach. He was woefully unprepared for what BC laid on him. And because he is unprepared his coaching staff is unprepared.

Riley won't beat him, but it won't be based on coaching ... it'll be pure talent, much like last year's beat down by Washington.

Sark's not losing this one. Oregon State runs a pro style offense and Mannion isn't mobile. The game is at home.
