He was pissed they didn’t get Campbell. Probably had no clue at the time that Riley was even a thing.

Gotta hand it to USC’s AD. They finally got something right.

Riley saw the writing on the wall. He could coach at USC for the next 20 years with every advantage imaginable, or follow Oklahoma into the SEC and meddle around for 3-4 years before getting fired, because he isn’t Nick Saban.

Kingsbury is about to get a big extension from the Cardinals and gets to bone ASU coeds all week long. Something tells me he won't be interested in dropping back to college.

The NFL is tough, but it’s so much less responsibility than college. Fired NFL coaches can always dip back down to college. There is no reason to dip down if their job is safe.

Cardinals are doing really well. I thought it was a fluke but they'll win 12 or 13 games (then choke in the playoffs).

It's a QBs game these days, so he is a pretty good fit in the modern era and not having to worry about overcoming a talent gap.

Arizona has also drafted really well on both sides of the ball. He's done better than I thought he would, but I still can't help but laugh at his ascension through the ranks.
 
UW is still looking for a trannie POC head coach to make a similar “splash”
