My plan was always name the countries that produce the drugs terrorist nations and we bomb the fields, labs etc into dust. Cartels would be official terrorist organizations and same for them. Boom. Where ever they are in the world. Never know when never know where. Coca fields an poppy fields get hit with mixed HE and willy pete.

Hell Paso is unpleasant, but the crime rate is low. I wouldn't worry about cartels in this cuntry. Sometimes the fringe right wing sites are trying to get clicks, folks.

Not arguing they should be here, but I don't think the cartel is running things, i.e. buying off law enforcement, Feds, politicians like they do in Mexico. Maybe they will in 20 years if we keep going down this awful woke trajectory.
It all starts somewhere. Like I said, they control immigration into the US. Seems like quite a lot of cooperation from the law enforcement, Feds and politicians which are supporting the cartel and no US citizens.
