It’s somewhat subjective bullshit. Nobody can actually grade a player without knowing the play call.

That said, Ulo is always around the ball (why I always said BBK was good) and he hits. I don’t know if he’s the best LB in country, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s in the argument. Other than one play against Utah in 2019, I’ve only seen him do positive things on the field.
