I think in this case they really are co-DC’s and this guy might be the actual schemer and guy in charge.

Inge seems like a good guy, but kind of a church school type. He has more experience at a higher level. This guy seems like a dick and looks like a coach for the Patriots.

Yeah, I know the coaches people are least excited with are Morell and Schmidt (mostly because they are white so its assumed they can't recruit) but if you look at their backgrounds, both have a ton of experience and have been successful. I'm intrigued to see how these guys do as developers.
