The Democratic Party has refused to follow state law requiring both parties to officially nominate their presidents 90 days before an election. Democrats aren’t doing that until 75 days prior.
Trump will be nominated at the Republican National Convention on July 17th well within the 90 day Ohio rule for the November 5, 2024 election. The dems nomination date is August 21st, not within the 90 day Ohio rule.
