Better stock up on some Parmigiano Reggiano. Years ago I got disgusted with the Euros and stopped buying most Euro products. Not a nut about it, don't buy French champagne but will buy their sparkling wine from Napa. No Grey Goose, either Crater Lake vodka or Tito's.

Some of us have priorities but there are no Italian deli's in the PNW's to buy stuff. Have to order it. Shameful really.

This line is so good because it only highlights the discrepancies we face in trade.
As much as the world (and left) wants to frame trade wars as some Trump isolation tactic, he's simply saying fair is fair we'll do whatever you do.

When their sales drop and their imported goods prices go up maybe they'll want to drop the tariff's and we'll do the same and prices drop for everyone. Win win.
