No. Lake can coach at least one side of the ball. He just needed a competent OC. It was his ego and now he’s damaged goods even if he gets a good OC. Hiring JonDon was terrible.

He couldn't hire a decent OC, because he's a douche and no one decent wanted to work for him.

He's definitely not HC material... wasn't really DC material. Did well as a defensive backs coach and that's about the limit of his abilities.
