Currently on vacation “Across the Pond”, had a convo with an Alabama fan, and gave him some mock anger about stealing the Dutchman. He got it and we both laffed. Said he was a 30 yr season ticket holder, and gave them up b/c it is now a 120,000 frat party, with another 100k without tix that party outside the stadium, and “most have never set foot inside a college classroom”.
Gave him James/Saban history (he didn’t know)…We left it with “I really wish you would have beat Michigan”.
A ton of FSU people, wearing their shit every day…one interaction with a couple of them, whining like crazy…as we walked away, with a smirk on my face, I said “Well, that’s unfortunate”…lots of dirty looks ever since…that is all…
