Spoiler - #38 is Ngata muffing a kickoff against UCLA and then basically downing it at the one yard line I don't really remember at all. #31 is Holmes running onto the field against Rutgers and negating the blocked field goal. I just skimmed but don't the suicidal speed option right made it. I'd definitely put it ahead of the muffed kickoff. The combination of terrible play call and awful execution is elite.
