No huskies, so a team that went 9-4, vastly upgraded at coach, and are returning almost everyone on both lines isn't top 25. Now let's name off some of the coaches that are included and their records last year.
Bo Pelini 9-4 (5-3)
Kirk Ferentz 8-5 (5-3)
Brady Hoke 7-6 (3-5)
All of those were in the big ten which is a total dreckfest, worse than the pac-12
Will Muschamp 4-8 (3-6)
Larry Fedora 7-6 (4-4)
Kliff Kingsbury 8-5 (4-5)
Steve Sarkisian 8-4 (5-4)

Yeah, we have to replace Sankey, but we're returning the entire OL and have a stable of RBs that'll do just fine. "A defense that could not get off the field"? We were 29th in scoring defense at 22.8 points per game (55th in YPG, which isn't terrible) and we return the entire front seven minus Fuiamono. The main question is replacing Price but we've got 2 months to prepare our QBs before Stanford and 3 months before Oregon if it isn't Miles.

But whatever, this isn't the real AP Top 25 and we'll be in it by the second week if we're not to start the season.

While they were not dominant, they were above average on defense and points allowed shows that. I like the fact that they are being overlooked though. I think Petersen will have those boys ready to rumble. Every player to a man has talked about the difference between Sark and Petersen.

you get what you deserve for buying espninsider. I really need to buy that shit so I can read more about why Mel Kiper thinks the seahawks drafted poorly. I mean Bobby Wagner, Russell Wilson, Malcolm Smith. Terrible
 
There's some decent views from people on Insider and some good stat geek information that you can't get elsewhere ...

Anybody that answers yes to any of the following: 1) is obsessed with NFL Mock Drafting such that they have to see updates twice a week to see who people think that their team MIGHT draft and 2) pays any attention to what Mel Kiper's hair gel thinks needs to jump off of a high dive into a swimming pool full of gasoline and then without drying off, light a fire to start the BBQ ribs that they were planning on having for dinner.

To be fair, you fellows have to admit that we should be favored this year (Mariota, Tyner, Ifo, at home, etc). Depending on how well Peterman does this year I think there's a good chance that the Huskies are favored going into next year's game at new-renovated-spiffy-awesome-Huskieie Stadium.

All that being said, @OZONE is fucking stupid.
