Too afraid to ask: how fast do you drink a beer (or mixed drink)?

I’ve noticed that I’m usually 4-5 drinks in before the rest of the party has finished 1. People sip on their drink and I slam it like Richard Simmons guzzles cum. Do I have a problem? Or am I normal? Asking for a friend.
