Peterman has been quoted saying exactly that. He said that a lot of recruits were interested in Boise and liked the coaching staff, but they didn't want to play in the MWC. Not to mention, Boise vs. Seattle, and the academics of both schools.

I bet Peterman pulls in just as many 4 and 5 star guys as Sark. The thing that is most comforting is that I know Peterman and his staff will thoroughly evaluate the 2 and 3 star guys. I also don't think Peterman will ignore the OL or rub in state coaches the wrong way.

Kim is a fucking idiot. He also says there will be bumps in the road. No shit, Kim. I'm sure after we lose to Oregon that you tell your lackeys that Peterman has a long way to go. Or we lose a 4 or 5 star recruit and Kim will say "I told you so about Peterman recruiting." All coaches lose recruits, all coaches lose games. Fuck off Kim. On paper, we significantly upgraded at head coach which is 99% of the battle in college football.
 
I never realized until now how competitive and cutthroat college football really is.

Based on Kim GrinoldsFS logic Ty was a better hire in 2005 than Urban Meyer would have been.

I mean Ty had experience recruiting at a BCS level while Meyer hadn't.

While smoking a Friday night joint, it dawned on me that Kim is doing this again because doogman is a ghostboard and it gets people posting. This site may not have as many posters, but it has new threads going on everyday. Doogman does not.

Kim obviously has something against Peterman (he's not Sark), but he's doing this to drum up activity. We have won in so many ways. Hopefully, once the season starts we can let Kim and his board wither and die. Who gives a fuck about his shitty board anymore? I would say DIAFF, but I actually prefer their demise to be long and drawn out.

In a weird way I think this site is keeping his site alive. We probably talk about his site more than his own fucktards do.

I believe you are right on this one. He probably just says this ridiculous statements to stir up "controversy" which is pathetic.

I also think it's personal with him as well. It pisses him off that we were right on Sark. It pisses him off that when Petersen was hired we supported the hire. By supporting the hire it proved his notion back in 2009 and 2005 that we'll hate any coach we'd hire who isn't Don James to be false.

I also think he fears Petersen having success which again would prove us right that times haven't completely changed. That you can win at UW but it was Ty/Sark holding the program back which is what Doogs would always argue with us about.

I think it's both personal and he's trying desperately to be relevant again. This site has no access, we have no insiders, but this site has a ton of wide range of conversation. I haven't stumbled on a forum quite like this. Feels like I'm at a bar talking with some friends with some of the topics we discuss.

I'm technically still on my eight free months there, but it's very boring. It's almost a major chore just to go over there and read the posts. The tipping point was Kim's failed Oregon prediction. After two or three years of "What I'm hearing," the midget asswipe takes zero responsibility for his failed prediction. He showed no contrition at all, and was as arrogant as ever. Right around that, and right after that this site really blew up.
