I’ve actually wondered why good programs don’t use that strategy more before signing day. I’m not saying it’s a sound strategy that will always work out. I’m talking about when you get fucked.

It's surprising and refreshing to see a player jump at the opportunity to be a DB at UW. It's been a while.

Doogs think this comes from a position of power (DBU). Meanwhilethe adults understand what has happened here w/ Harris and Brown and DB recruiting. Were down to flipping guys because our offer is better than their current one (Arizona)
Maybe he turns out to be the next Byron M or Budda, maybe he never plays a meaningful snap, but the optics are the same. We couldn't land our plan A or even plan B guys and so grabbed hopefully the best of the rest.

Watch the film. This guy’s a stud. I love dudes that get asked to be QB in a pinch just because they’re ballers (e.g. Mason Foster).
