I wouldn't be happy with that scenario, but it's better than Sark staying, IMO.

Sark leaving eliminates the eternal owen12 excuse. Anyone taking over from Sark is clearly not taking over a crappy team. They will have to produce.

Wilcox is incremental progress.

If WOody doesn't make a real play for Mora, he should be dumped into Gooseshit Lake with cement shoes.
 
The only thing I am worried about is Wilcox getting promoted to HC which I think is a very likely scenario. Hopefully pool boy will at least throw a good amount of money towards Mora.
