run the damn ball thenI don’t blame you? guys. We’re Cuog. We? take what we? can get.
Is this going to be our only OOC game each year?Get the win. Move on. Another thing that sucks is that it seems like it's going to prevent us from ever booking interesting non-conference games again.

I prefer this time to listening to cougs be insufferable while I'm trying to eat thanksgiving food and chug way too much ABV holiday beers.Playing it in September is unnatural. Maybe it'll turn into a decent CU/CSU or Cyclone/Hawkeye rivalry. Right now, it feels off, and in a move that surprises nobody, they gouged fans for ridiculous amounts of money.

Any AD of a team in a P2 conference that would schedule anything other than 3/4 body bag games in non conference should be fired by their school for incompetence. With the super conferences and expanded playoffs I wonder if interesting non-conference games die and we really just see basically true preseason games with teams playing three cupcakes. It sucks to me because big non-conference games were one of my favorite things about college football.
I'm not into playing lose-lose games in any way shape or form. Including like Boise and BYU. By that I mean games where if you win it's expected and you get nothing for it but if you lose you look bad. It's different than cupcakes games where you 99% of the time should sleepwalk to a win. I'm talking about these programs that can beat you 10-25% of the time. Northern Illinois is a good example.
