Didn't UW get pretty much the same penalties ( except the loss of 1 scholarship), when neuheisal violated "the spirit of the law" by calling kids from down the block and not charging them $15.99 for boat rides?

I think the NCAA has lost a step from days gone by. I guess I better make that call to Woodward letting him know to tell Sark it's ok to cheat.

You must be a man of great stature and importance to be able to pick up the phone and tell the AD what to do.
