Clay needs to weed out the bad recruits that he has brought in so he can get more of his own guys in there
 
Helton has had to deal with the fact Pete left the cupboard bare. Sark dealt with it thru alcohol which we know was a bad decision.

You see? You don't want to fire a guy who has a clear vision. Give him time for Pete's sake. He's talking discipline, which is exactly what USC needs.

All I'll say is, fire him at your own peril. Some other program will scoop him up. The guy is totally serious now and ready to make serious changes. I mean, look at that picture. Does he look like he's fucking around? I don't think so.
