Wow, you just made the opposite point you were trying to make.

In this case, the cops did go to trial, for killing a homeless man that was white. And in that trial, they were found not guilty.

In the MO case and the NY case, the cops didn't go to trial... the cases never made it past the grand jury process. In those cases, the men were victims of color.

I realize you have an agenda in all of this, but did you stop and think about making your point better before you stumbled all over yourself trying to manufacture an example that supports your agenda?

The utah case did not go to trail. White victim. No one gave a fuck.

Cops get a favorable ignorant jury, cops get found "not guilty" of beating a mentally ill homeless man to death. He's white. No one gives a fuck. It's not a race issue. It's actually more simple than that, in MO and NY, there wasn't enough evidence on hand to indict. A trial would've been a waste of time.

I'm very disturbed by the NY case and its unfortunate that the race baiters have hijacked this and clouded the real issue. That he is black has nothing to do with anything. This man was being taken down with violence by the government for not paying taxes. That should scare the shit out of us. If it doesn't your not paying attention. Had a convo with a few people last night about how this has been turned into a race issue and ignoring the police brutality part. Of course the responses I got were...

"A majority of the people are black..."

"Pretty ignorant comment for a Country trying to overcome prejudice."

Didn't even try after that. People are clueless and don't want to get it. They like talking about how wrong things are together to make themselves feel like good people for being AGAINST racism. Fuck.

I post a story where a (white) homeless man was beaten to fucking death while calling out for his dad and the nation was not outraged. The fact that police brutality is a problem should not over shadow the fact that he was punching a cop and trying to get his gun.
