So, because I rode my motorcycle to the bar I couldn't get shit faced. Was odd actually remembering this morning what I was cussing about for 3 hours last night. With this newfound clarity, I actually remember a couple things I liked about this team. So, I will now doog it up and fuck off you don't like it because I need something to hold onto or I might jump into the Mckenzie River.
1) Browning showed flashes. I thought he played okay given the circumstances - on the road, top 25 team, solid front 7 across from him, OL breakdowns, etc. He will be a gamer as long as his confidence stays up - which is best accomplished with low self esteem campus whores. Next year. TSIFO.
2) OL, while frequently looking like my asshole after bad messican food, also showed that individually we have some future maulers (I think). They need to grow up a bit and learn to play as a unit, but I think I saw enough to think holy shit, we might have the first PAC-12 legit OL in a decade by early next year - yes I said next year again. TSIFO.
3) ST looks great. First time in a decade I no longer worry about our special teams actually being "special" every kick. It is refreshing to see, and if we could ever unfuck the offense, might actually take this team from good to great....next year. TSIFO.
4) Defense looks to me to have some good young talent, being backed up by good young talent. Seems we finally are getting to a "next man up" type situation. Great depth starting to show. You guessed it though....next year. TSIFO.
5) We didn't look like the French Army out there. Being in a position to tie at the end, after that shitty of a game offensively, is a sign that this team might finally be turning the corner and not a bunch of faggot quitters. Not quite there yet, but getting close. Next year for sure. TSIFO.
That's about it. Smith is a colossal fucking douchenozzle. Peterman is half an idiot for hiring him. Uniforms looked like shit. Young guys had lots of mental breakdowns...blah blah blah....we suck, again, this year. I'll be back for my beating next year after we win the offseason natty. FML.
