Every hyped up season has been a disaster

Marketing towards hipster douche bags (Crazy Larry and Safeco Field experience)

Revolving door of managers/coaches, but real problems are at the top

Half empty stadiums

The Mariners got a shiny stadium and haven't done shit in it. Will the Huskies be the same? Probably.

You're wrong about 1 thing. Crazy Larry and Safeco Experience are not marketed towards hipster douches, they are marketed towards the "casual fan". Hey, you may not know any of the players or follow the team but come out and bring the whole family. We're about fun. We have fun whether we win or lose.

The Huskies want and try to have okay, winning seasons, they're just run by incompetents. The M's seem to be indifferent to it. If some of the AAA guys who were called up work out, great, if not, they made some money
 
Don't forget about huge video boards so you can catch minute detail of every bad throw to 2nd and husky linemen being beaten by D3 talent.

Isn't this what sports should be about? Winning isn't everything, as long as you go out and try your hardest then you can go home with a smile on your face!

This is why I approve of Sark... you can tell he really cares about the kids and their maturation as individuals. Who cares about stupid Rose Bowls, Nattys, or quality football. The kids are having a blast and so am I!!!!!111!!!1!
 
Im sorry I overlooked somethhing. Sark had batting practice Thursday. Hitting tennis balls into the eempty seats. Damn, they are the mariners, I stand corrected
