Exclusive: Jacob Eason says he will decide next week between UGA and Florida​

That’s where the nation’s No. 1 quarterback prospect is at after Smart flew cross country to Washington on Monday immediately after his introductory press conference. Eason shared those items and more on Tuesday in an exclusive interview with DawgNation.

His high school coach at Lake Stevens, Tom Tri, also told Dawgnation he feels Eason will make that decision by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. That comes after a visit to Washington on Wednesday and an official visit to UGA this weekend.

Georgia, Florida in recruiting battle for Lake Stevens QB Jacob Eason​

With his phone lighting up with calls, texts and tweets from coaches and media, Eason turned his phone off and spent the day with his family.
“Sunday I was getting over the game and all that stuff. Saturday night was kind of rough,” Eason said. “Then I wake up Sunday morning to a text from Ben Cleveland — he’s a Georgia commit too, he’s a left tackle — saying, ‘Did you hear the news about Richt?’ I thought he was joking and then he sent me a picture saying he got let go at Georgia. I didn’t really know what to think then. I was like, ‘Whoa. This is my future. I’d been committed there like 18 months, so what am I going to do now?’”

Kim and Ek have been reiterating this "we know things but can't tell you because we care about the families" bullshit all week. Watching them make up excuses to save face each day is almost worth my brother's $10.95
 
You know you're run by alcoholics when they can't remember that people are paying $10.95 for insider knowledge. This includes, RUMORS. Oh shit, i forgot that what's in chat stays in chat.
