I don't think he's that big of a "what if" because it's not like he had a career ending injury. He was still able to play some college football after OU and still got drafted. Maybe he didn't have the arm strength and / or smarts to stick in the NFL?
 
I knew JD Quinn, the OL that got kicked off Oklahoma with Bomar. He was an alcoholic bully, which isn’t a bad thing for an OL, but made him a shitty person.
 
People forget that you can get fifteen minutes of narration out of 45 seconds of video footage.
