Recently the City of Denton voted against allowing fracking within the city limits.

Prior to this an oil company could come in and frack in your front yard, for a fee ...

One guy was quoted as saying he voted against it because his neighbor had oil that could be fracked under his house, but he did not ... and he didn't think it was fair.

So... had the role been reversed he would have voted against the ban.
