all jokes aside (this thread delivers), this does sound a bit desperate though that CP is now going for 4 star recruits a year out instead of focusing on bringing in a full class of 5 stars like Sark was going to do in 2016. Call me "concerned".

In contrast, Petersen doesn't waste his time on going after the wide net from an offer standpoint and instead focuses in on those players that have attributes that are time-tested to be successful in his program. He makes an offer from Washington mean something and for the players that fit what he is looking for, he's offering a program that more importantly from a recruiting standpoint is offering what THEY are looking for.

He's got a plan and he fucking works it, so there are no surprises. He knows what he's getting and he has a development plan for them, as well as development of depth at every position.

As opposed to being a fucking whore and winging it, losing players for a multitude of predictable reasons, and ending up having to make depth excuses.

I believe it was Ed cunningham after we fucked Iowa up in the 91 Rose Bowl who said something like " when, well, if we come back here next year, we're not just playing for a Rose Bowl championship, we're playing for a number 1 rock on our finger".

I don't know how that is relevant to anything, but i'm high and doogin so hard for peterman my sweatpants will be soiled before the hookers arrive.
