Tanned, rested, and sober

Where is huskylawyer when i need his expertise on the lawsuit.

From the sidelines I do think this is going to cost USC a pretty penny, but it won't reach court. If it does, sark could bring out quite a few things done publicly at UW that USC knew about his abuse issues and still hired him. It's not like he was a closet drinker and all of a sudden had a bad few weeks.

USC should have worked a buyout with him instead of just firing him and made him sign away future rights to sue.

I would love to see this.

Sark: "I did this, this, this, and this at Washington. How could you have hired me and expected that I stay clean?"

Yeah, but he was drunk at work. This wasn't about being an alcoholic.

California classifies alcoholics as having a disease. They are also very employee friendly vs some other states.

The quotes in the lawsuit about hayden driving him to drinking are priceless.
