Taggart: "I'm here to plow the field, find the snakes and cut their heads off"

Ashamed of his femininity and trying to talk tough

A fag that hates himself with a feathery mascot - should be fun to watch

I was told a long time ago, recruiting is like brushing your teeth and combing your hair; as soon as you stop you start to look bad

I'm hearing that Taggert wants to be the new Rich Brooks at Oregon and take 17 years to lose a Rose Bowl

Taggart is making all the Sark moves thus far.

New Black Sark?

BS.V2.0 lulz

Still, I'm on record stating that Taggert was not a "Rooney Rule" candidate, his consideration was merit based, and I still believe that. He left Charlie Strong with a very solid USF team. I think he will also have an instant positive impact on Oregon. Oregon's prior rise coincided with a weak PAC, particularly in California and Washington. USC and UW are rising, but the conference as a whole is near pure dreck. I believe Oregon can easily and quickly fill a void and be competitive in conference with Taggert.

In the near term they will likely challenge for North Division "titles" and again end up in a respectable bowl games. Long term, hard to say. I think Ted Miller is spot on in this article; mark-helfrich-is-gone-but-oregon-is-a-tougher-job-than-it-was-in-2009

It's hard to talk too much shit about Taggart so far. He is actually trying to out together the best coaching staff he can instead of just hiring his buddies. He is recruiting harder than Sling or Chip ever did.

He could be awful, but at the very least he making the right moves to be successful.

No it's not - the entire universe exists just so we can talk shit about it - why would he be exempt ?

And you know Oregon admins are secretly saying "fuck, we waited a little longer and we could have had Chip back..."

I'm not so sure they wanted him back. He was hit with an NCAA 18 month show-cause order when he left. Not technically still a problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if Oregon's administration sees him as too much of a headache.
