Sumlin to take legal action against sender of letter

He is suing his friend whom he instructed to write the letter, to divert attention away from the fact he makes over $5M a year to suck ?

His friend isn't an especially gifted writer either...

And looks like a woman's formal penmanship - probably his wife's sister...

That case was easily solved, I'm like Sherlock Holmes
 
Haven't seen a coach go this far to preserve his $5 M job before when all he really needs to do is win.
 
I think you take the sympathy you got from the release of the letter and leave it at that. This seems like overplaying the hand or blowing the big lead that the letter gave you

They could only beat Nichols State (sp?) by 10. They ain't beating anyone by 60.

Back on the old HHB podcast, I loved Race Bannon's impression of Scott Woodward negotiating to buy a house. "Oh, so your selling price is $400,000? Okay look, I can go as high as $500,000, but that's my final offer!"
