This really is the perfect response to this. I'm sure Sark would love to help people, because Sark wants to matter. He wants to be liked. He wants to be loved. He just doesn't want to put in the hard work that it takes to do so. And if he's given the opportunity to get wasted and think that people will like him for it, do you really think he's gonna say no?
