I voted for Leia mostly because I just assume at that point Luke kills Vader, and Han reluctantly kills Leia, and as a result we don't get the abominations of the last three movies where we had a lot of Leia, and very little Luke.

You should put the South Park clause in writing and add it to the rules, then there's no argument.
