Currently working on a contract extension for Steve Lavin for being in the top 68 40% of the time. As someone in sales, I can only dream of having the the biggest market by a large margin and not being in the top 20% of city sales 3 of my first 5 years...and being rewarded for doing such a good job.
 
Sure, sales are great, but what's most important is whether or not you're a good guy. That's what will get you paid.,,,,,if you're a college basketball coach at UW. In sales, you were fired last year.

They are such a joke. They hired Lavin and let him keep the rotting corpse of Gene Keady on the payroll as an assistant.
