SpaceX has moved its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas!

Once upon a time Delaware had a pro-business agenda and a functioning court system that supported their corporate statutes. This was attractive to businesses that wanted certainty as to how their businesses were run. Go woke, go broke is now in play. There is no way that any major corporate attorney would now recommend incorporating in Delaware and pay the business licensing fee and potentially having a woke Delaware judge decide they know more about how to run their company.

Delaware’s economy is built in part by the interest on the credit card debt by the same “losers” that @HHusky and @HuskyBuck mock for not being as privileged as they were lucky enough to be gifted in their lives.
Running out businesses seems to be the new fad in Leftist states. An odd one for sure, but eventually they run out of scapegoats.
