It would be a fine idea but the Bucs don't have a QB. They deserve 0-16 every year if they trade the #1 pick.

Given this year's draft, I would prefer three first round picks to one #1 pick.

They could have five first round picks and they would still suck with McCown and Glennon as their QB. Then they would be looking for a QB the next year. If they have any belief in Mariota or Winston, they have to take him.
 
That big play in the draft for RG3 is working out great! I see similar results here.

I was going to disagree with you, but as I reasoned my way through it, I found myself agreeing. I was going to say that the only reason they aren't the worst team in the NFL is their haul from that trade, but being mediocre is keeping them from getting a high enough draft pick to get a QB, which is pretty much the only thing keeping them from being a really good team. However, had they picked RG3, they'd probably be even more fucked. That guy sucks.
