I'm pretty torn here. I probably enjoy Bill Withers very best songs over Marvin Gaye's top one. But Marvin Gaye is in the same category as Stevie Wonder in terms of being a major 60's star who was successfully able to go onto even bigger Stardom in the 70's and stay relevant into the 80's

Marvin Gaye is going to be a tough out. His longevity - basically 20 years of being relevant - is rivaled by few here.
