It's part of the Eastern Europe experience. Some hotels in Romania have wild dogs INSIDE the hotel. You have to walk by them on the way up to your room. There were about 10 in one hotel, laying on hallway couches, meandering down the hallways. Getting bitten by one always makes a great story later on.
