Will Petersen attempt to retain him... Which seems obvious. But, maybe Boise St. is interested in him being their new head man? His buy out is 1 mill, can Boise St. even afford that?
 
Josh Wilcox stated his brother might not want to be a HC yet. They were a good combo at Boise State so I say keep him around for a year and LIPO. Petersen will host an offense that doesn't go 3 and out constantly making it hard on our defense who had to play against 500 drives a game.
 
buyout only applies to lateral moves within the conference, a head job outside the conference is free

I'd be very happy with Wilcox staying, I think it'd be a smart move for him, the defense is primed to be very strong, stay on for a couple more years, prove something, then jump to HC
