Humans have this tendency to need it whether it is religious or secular

Its the root cause of continual warfare since the dawn of humanity

I agree with this. The state is their god. Abortion is their sacrament. It's fucking scary that these people have any say in how I'm supposed to be governed. Facts, truth, evidence? Fuck that, I have really strong feelings.

That's been the debate I've been having for 20 years now. Strong arguments can be made for both.
 

Well, toss in parents who were taught to believe that disciplining their children is child abuse and then subject the kiddies to 13 years of public education where discipline in the class room is deemed to be white privilege and what do you expect? Then season with four plus years of post-high school indoctrination and voila – you get violent ignorant snowflakes. Leftards think that leftard feelings exist to be validated. The frustration level is off the charts when reality hits.

They've been gaslit into thinking conservatives are genuinely evil people. Conservatives just think libs are FS. Conservatives should be the terrified emotional people, but they naively believe they are dealing with reasonable folks who can be convinced to change their minds.
